By accessing laviso.app or purchasing and using any Laviso software product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our products or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our website, browser extensions, and software tools. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Laviso.

Laviso develops and distributes software products including browser extensions and productivity tools. Products may be offered as:

• One-Time Purchase: A perpetual license to use the specified version of the software.
• Subscription: Access to the software, updates, and ongoing features for the duration of the subscription period.

Product descriptions on our website describe the features, system requirements, and limitations of each product. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products with reasonable notice.

Subject to these Terms, Laviso grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our software for your personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, or resell the software or your license
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Sublicense or transfer your license to any third party
• Use the software in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices in the software

You agree to use our products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use our software to engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Interfere with or disrupt the services, servers, or networks connected to our products
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, data, or accounts
• Use our products to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful or unsolicited content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting our support team
• Exploit or abuse our products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose
• Use our products to infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your license without refund.

Prices for our products are displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable fees charged by our payment processors.

For subscriptions, billing occurs at the start of each subscription period (monthly or annual, as selected). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available at laviso.app/refund. We use trusted third-party payment processors (Polar, Paddle, or Stripe) to handle all transactions securely.

All content, source code, trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with Laviso and its products are owned by Laviso or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You are granted no rights to our intellectual property except the limited license explicitly described in Section 3 of these Terms.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about our products ("Feedback"), you grant Laviso a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that Feedback for any purpose, without obligation or compensation to you.

Your use of our products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at laviso.app/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our products, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to handling your data responsibly, minimizing data collection, and maintaining transparency about how information is used.

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• Our products will meet all of your specific requirements
• Our products will operate uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times
• Any defects or errors in our products will always be corrected
• Our products will be compatible with all third-party software or browser versions

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties. If you are in such a jurisdiction, the above exclusions may not apply to you to the full extent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laviso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our products
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our products by third parties

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Laviso in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to our products immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately.

You may stop using our products at any time. If you have an active subscription, you may cancel it through your account settings. Termination or cancellation does not affect any accrued rights or obligations prior to the termination date.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. The specific jurisdiction may vary based on your location and applicable consumer protection laws.

In the event of a dispute arising under these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice — such as an email notification to registered users or a prominent notice on our website.

Your continued use of our products after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our products.
